Orderlion provides an eCommerce Operating System helping food suppliers connect with their restaurant customers via an app-based ordering platform, automizing sales, customer service, and logistics.

We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Manager (PM) to support growing our strongest markets in Europe, DACH and UK, and help build up the most successful market in our history. You will be part of our customer success team and lead new customer project launches.

Aufgaben

What will you be doing 🚀

  • Customer Onboarding. via kick-off meetings, help setting up their accounts and training of new customers to get the most value out of Orderlion

  • Project Management. Collaborate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders (customers, 3rd party integration partners, internal teams), implementing project strategies to achieve set goals with customers, risk assessment, maintaining project timeframes, using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

  • Account Management. You recognize potential within our existing customer base and support our sales team to utilize upselling opportunities

  • Support. You will provide customers with support via phone and email

  • One-on-One Mentorship. As a team of serial entrepreneurs, you'll experience a tailor-made mentorship program led by our leadership team with a focus on long-term personal development to become an absolute customer success superstar

  • Process Improvement. Continuously improve our internal processes for a high level of efficiency and automation

Qualifikation

What skills do I need? 📖

  • You are passionate about working with customers, making them successful and love helping people

  • Language skills (mandatory!):

    • Native German speaker(for DACH market)

    • Fluent English speaker (C2 level or native-level proficiency) as English is our company language (and for UK & Ireland (UKI) market)

    • Fluent French speaker (>B1 level) (to also support your french colleagues)

  • A high energy level and a strong bias towards action

  • You can prioritize well and can focus on execution

  • You can drive multiple projects forward

  • Powerful communicator with a positive, energetic attitude

  • Optional:

    • Between 1-3 years of Customer Success / Partner Manager experience, ideally at Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startups - We care about your passion to help and talk to people!

    • Demonstrated work achievements in customer success, project management or sales in high-performance environments (startups or consulting) and you like working autonomously

    • Ideally, experience with CRM or Support tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday, Intercom, Zendesk, …
